Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Services Associate I to join our dynamic and diverse team. As a Client Services Associate, you will be a key player in managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful operation of client projects. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting discussions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met, and projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining client records, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
