Job Description:

The Campaign Account Specialist is responsible for managing fulfillment operations for multiple pharmaceutical campaigns including consumer, HCP, Direct Mail (DM), and Direct-to-Rep (DTR) initiatives across various brands. This position requires collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and creative agencies while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end fulfillment for Consumer, HCP, DM, DTR, and DTP campaigns

  • Coordinate print intake, requests, and vendor processes

  • Oversee asset management, list pulls, and campaign logistics

  • Work closely with creative agencies and marketing teams for campaign planning and execution

  • Ensure all deliverables comply with regulatory standards (FDA, FUSE, PI, state-specific)

  • Lead implementation of programs, quality checks, inventory forecasting, and reporting

  • Interface with vendors (e.g., Knipper) and internal IT teams for distribution, warehouse systems, and CRM

  • Maintain help desk support, literature compliance, and manage escalations

  • Coordinate material distribution and inventory control for field reps and sales events


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in fulfillment operations and direct mail project management

  • Experience managing at least 3 simultaneous implementations

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience with fulfillment processes

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on escalations and compliance
