Internship Overview:
Thermo Fisher Scientific invites final-year pharmacy students or recent graduates to join our 6-month Clinical Operations Internship. This program provides hands-on experience in clinical research, offering the opportunity to learn fundamental skills, contribute meaningfully to real projects, and gain exposure to global clinical trial operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Clinical Operations team, providing administrative and technical support to project teams.

  • Learn core clinical research skills under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.

  • Participate in diverse projects to gain insights into study execution, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial operations.

  • Proactively contribute ideas, support day-to-day team activities, and help optimize operational workflows.

  • Engage with other interns and teams across Europe, fostering networking and collaborative learning.

  • Balance office presence (3 days/week) with flexible remote work (2 days/week).

Qualifications:

  • Final-year university student or recent graduate (preferably in Pharmacy or a related field).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a team.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Results-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Adaptable to a dynamic and evolving business environment.

  • Proficiency in English and German.
