Job Purpose

The Field Worker will focus on increasing access to GSK vaccines and positioning our brands within the assigned territory. This role involves understanding local markets, building relationships with customers, executing promotional activities, and achieving strategic objectives set by the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Preferable experience in Pediatric therapy.

  • Understand prevalence, incidence, prevention, and treatment options across various therapeutic/preventive areas.

  • Scan the territory to identify and establish channels for expanding access to GSK vaccines.

  • Position GSK brands using strategic inputs and promotional activities recommended by Marketing, supported by market intelligence.

  • Manage forecasting and inventory at distributor level.

  • Follow company guidelines and SOPs for all internal and external business activities.

  • Prepare and execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives and performance targets.


Knowledge & Skills Required

Knowledge:

  • Adequate knowledge of diseases, products, and compliance standards.

  • Strong understanding of epidemiology and competitive market dynamics.

Skills:

  • Excellent networking and communication skills.

  • Effective information gathering and utilization.

  • Business analysis, planning, and execution capabilities.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Reporting:

  • Adhere to reporting norms and organizational SOPs.
