Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of identifying new opportunities and building relationships to drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, increasing sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company’s services and expand the network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
