Job Overview

The Business Development Analyst will support the company’s growth initiatives by analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing strategic insights to improve decision-making. The role requires a highly analytical professional with 2-4 years of experience in business development or a related field. This position will work closely with the business development team to help shape strategies, assess performance, and drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and trends.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer data to support business strategy development.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development efforts.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and support lead generation efforts.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to senior management on market expansion and growth opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve company goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, market research, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of business strategy and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications
