Business Analyst

Location: Noida/Mumbai/Hyderabad

PharmaLex is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a Techno-Functional role.


Your Responsibilities

  • System Ownership: Oversee systems to ensure audit readiness and compliance with GxP guidelines.
  • Change Control Management: Evaluate and manage system changes, including risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain procedural controls to protect data integrity and ensure validated systems.
  • Requirement Definition: Document technical requirements, project scope, key deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine business solutions.
  • Functional Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document functional and data requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Operational Oversight: Guide implementation teams, monitor budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Documentation: Create user stories, process flows, prototypes, and acceptance criteria to support system implementations.
  • Vendor Management: Lead RFP processes, evaluate third-party tools, and manage vendor portfolios.

Your Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years, with 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science; an MBA is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in GxP system ownership and compliance.
    • Proficiency in developing functional requirements and adhering to regulatory standards.
    • Strong project management and scheduling skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
    • Experience with third-party software evaluations, procurement, and build-vs-buy analysis.
