This job posting is for a Business Account Manager position at Takeda, based in Delhi, India, focusing on the Oncology Business Unit. The role aims to increase awareness and drive the use of oncology products within the assigned territory by engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of assigned oncology products within the territory, meeting and exceeding sales objectives
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets
  • Promote products to physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare providers
  • Build strong relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access
  • Coach and manage promotional speakers in the territory
  • Provide competitive intelligence and insights to support marketing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and company policies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or oncology sector
  • Strong skills in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and planning tools (e.g., APO)
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English

Travel Requirements:

  • Domestic business travel required
