Job Summary

ClinzTech is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (6-8 years of experience) to drive strategic growth initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, partnerships, and revenue generation within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

This role is pivotal in expanding market presence, increasing sales, and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and present business proposals, pitch decks, and partnership models.
  • Drive B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end client negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures.
  • Ensure high client retention and satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

Revenue Generation & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with market opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.

Market Expansion & Brand Positioning

  • Identify new geographic regions and industry verticals for business expansion.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record in closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.

Technical & Industry Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry trends.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to analyze market data, sales reports, and business metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Result-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
