Job Summary

ClinzTech is looking for a Business Development Analyst (2-4 years of experience) to support strategic growth initiatives by conducting market research, data analysis, and business performance tracking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, evaluating business trends, and providing data-driven insights to drive revenue growth.

This role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and business acumen to support decision-making and drive business expansion.


Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Data Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze industry reports, customer insights, and business performance metrics to support growth strategies.
  • Develop forecasting models to predict sales trends and revenue projections.
  • Work with internal teams to gather, interpret, and present business intelligence data.

Strategic Business Support

  • Assist in the development of business plans, proposals, and investment strategies.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
  • Support leadership in decision-making by preparing financial models and business reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with company goals.

Sales & Client Relationship Insights

  • Track sales performance, client acquisition, and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and business case development.
  • Work with sales teams to analyze customer feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Identify gaps in client needs and recommend solutions to increase retention and satisfaction.

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Maintain business dashboards and performance tracking reports.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business development KPIs and insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, market research, financial analysis, or strategic consulting.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and generate insights.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with market research databases and industry reports.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and data-driven approach.
