Position Overview

The Brand Lead – Renal Cancer Imaging plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Telix’s innovative products in the U.S. market.
You will collaborate closely with the Global Upstream Marketing Team to ensure that U.S. customer needs inform product development, positioning, and launch strategies.

This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented marketing leader with experience in healthcare and proven expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for novel therapies or diagnostics.


Key Responsibilities

🧩 Strategic Planning & Development

  • Develop and implement U.S. commercial launch strategies, including:

    • Product positioning

    • Market segmentation

    • Key messaging

    • Pricing and distribution strategies

    • Promotional plans

  • Drive strategic alignment between marketing objectives and overall business goals.

  • Define short-term and long-term brand growth roadmaps for renal cancer imaging products.

🎯 Marketing Execution

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and medical affairs teams.

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.

  • Coordinate sales enablement efforts with commercial teams to support field execution.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.

🔬 Market & Customer Insight

  • Develop deep understanding of Telix’s imaging products, clinical benefits, and differentiation.

  • Stay updated on healthcare and regulatory landscapes, including FDA guidelines.

  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to anticipate trends and opportunities.

  • Translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies that enhance adoption and patient outcomes.

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media).

  • Apply data-driven decision-making to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

  • Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical marketing standards and ethical regulations.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and vendor partners.

  • Foster alignment with global and regional stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging.

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

💼 Experience

Minimum 10 years in upstream marketing or strategy, preferably in nuclear medicine or radiopharmacy

Proven track record in healthcare marketing, product launches, and growth strategy

Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales and customer teams
