Position Overview:

BCBA Clinical Coordinators at Anglin Consulting, LLC, handle small caseloads with opportunities to bill beyond weekly minimum requirements. Clinical Coordinators have no administrative responsibilities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for patients on their assigned caseloads.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments.
  • Write behavior support plans.
  • Oversee assessments, plan development, treatment integrity, and ongoing data analysis.
  • Attend monthly staff meetings, as assigned.
  • Develop and conduct staff training, as assigned.
  • Collaborate with BCBA Clinical Director/BCBA Clinical Supervisor or other administrative staff.
  • Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis.
  • May be required to provide clinical supervision.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills:

  • Education:
    • Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Certification:
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience:
    • Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
    • BLS Certification.
