Role Purpose:
To provide effective technical support and customer service by resolving client issues efficiently and meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries.

  • Provide product guidance and assistance, helping users understand features and functionality.

  • Handle client inquiries professionally via phone and email, documenting all interactions in designated software.

  • Ensure customer retention by offering appropriate solutions and support.

  • Maintain and update customer logs as per standard operating procedures.

  • Participate in product-specific training to stay up to date on enhancements and updates.

  • Partner with team leaders to identify areas for training and development.

  • Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure issue resolution within defined SLAs.

Performance Parameters:

  • Process Efficiency: Cases resolved per day, compliance with quality standards, customer feedback.

  • Self-Management: Productivity, training completion, absenteeism, and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

  • H.Sc or Graduate fresher with excellent English communication and typing skills.

  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.

  • Prior experience in US healthcare is an added advantage.

  • Strong customer orientation with courteous behavior.

  • Willingness to work in late evening and night shifts.

  • SVAR test is mandatory.

  • Basic knowledge of computer operations.
