Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with hospital and departmental staff to support operational goals.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (Life Sciences/Healthcare preferred).

  • AAPC or AHIMA certification is mandatory (any of: CPC, CCS, CIC, COC).

  • 0–1 year of medical coding experience (G23 band) or certified fresher.

  • Strong knowledge of ICD‑10, CPT‑4, medical terminology, anatomy & physiology.

  • High attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to work to strict productivity/quality KPIs.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and coding platforms (advantageous).
