Your Role:

As a Statistical Analyst specializing in Real World Data (RWD), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare through cutting-edge statistical analysis and data science techniques. Your expertise will be crucial in driving clinical development, regulatory compliance, and pharmacovigilance initiatives. You'll design and scale data analytics solutions, predictive models, and data visualizations that will influence key decisions across the organization.

In your role, you will:

  • Architect and Design Analytics Solutions: Build scalable analytics platforms for processing large datasets, implementing algorithms, and developing predictive models.
  • Collaborate with Study Teams: Contribute statistical insights by writing statistical sections of study protocols and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Communicate Results Effectively: Present RWD/RWE analysis results to stakeholders, clearly articulating data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Advise Stakeholders: Provide expert advice on RWD/RWE to internal and external stakeholders, offering insights into novel methods for analyzing real-world evidence.
  • Data Processing and Analysis: Handle large datasets and implement advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) methodologies, to derive meaningful insights from RWD.
  • Ensure Quality Deliverables: Meet timelines, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure all deliverables are aligned with company and international guidelines.

Who You Are:

  • Educational Background:

    • Doctoral and/or master’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, or a related field (e.g., PhD, MSc).
  • Professional Experience:

    • 4-8 years of prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Real World Data (RWD) or Real World Evidence (RWE).
    • Demonstrable experience in writing and implementing statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for studies.
    • Proven track record in processing large real-world datasets and conducting advanced statistical analyses.
  • Technical Skills & Expertise:

    • Experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence methodologies.
    • Proficiency in coding (R, Python, etc.) is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present scientific evidence to peers and stakeholders.
    • Collaborative and proactive working style, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
