Summary:

Responsible for supporting and executing strategic initiatives under the Pharmacovigilance (PV) Transformation agenda. This role drives operationalisation and implementation of Transformation Office activities across workstreams and product initiatives within the PV Platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an independent representative of the Transformation Office across assigned PV Transformation workstreams or product builds.

  • Provide Transformation Office support to enable efficient and swift decision-making.

  • Lead designated assignments and projects within PV Transformation.

  • Deliver strategic insights via high-level analysis to support informed leadership decision-making aligned with PS&PV LT strategy.

  • Represent INSPIRE PV Transformation in internal PS&PV teams or boards as needed.

  • Drive the implementation of the Digital Product Roadmap (DPR) and support annual Digital Product Funding (DPF) initiatives.

  • Manage associated financial targets and budgets.

  • Ensure organizational change management, communications, and stakeholder management on behalf of the Transformation Office.

  • Prepare detailed reports on transformation progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and devise actionable risk mitigation strategies.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Development.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate across boundaries.

  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing financial aspects of large-scale initiatives.

  • Long-Term Execution: Demonstrated success in achieving long-term objectives.

  • Adaptability: Capable of navigating ambiguity while driving business outcomes.
