Position: Associate – Granulation

📍 Location: Ahmedabad City, Gujarat, India
🏭 Department: Manufacturing Process Operations
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time


Job Overview:

The Associate in the Granulation department will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment involved in the granulation process. The role requires hands-on experience with advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery and adherence to cGMP standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor granulation equipment such as:

    • RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator)

    • FBE (Fluid Bed Equipment)

    • Glatt Systems

    • Co-Mill

    • V Blender

    • Fette Compression Machine

    • Autocoater

    • CVC Line

    • Track and Trace System

  • Ensure smooth functioning of machines and maintain operational efficiency.

  • Follow safety, quality, and GMP guidelines in all operations.

  • Perform cleaning, maintenance, and changeover activities as per SOPs.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for production support.


Qualifications:

  • Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) – Fitter (or equivalent)

  • Designation: Assistant
