Job Description:
The Associate Medical Data Review Manager will provide medical review expertise to ensure high-quality and compliant data management aligned with customer and protocol requirements. The role includes structured patient data review from a clinician’s perspective and supports project management and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify subject-level anomalies to ensure data is medically plausible and aligned with protocol specifications.
Support project management initiatives involving clinical study teams and key stakeholders to drive quality and efficiency.
Track service performance and contribute to issue resolution through root cause analysis and remedial action planning.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships by ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant therapeutic areas and provide training to project clinical teams.
Participate in key project meetings including Kick-Offs, internal team discussions, and client engagements.
Promote continuous improvement in task efficiency and deliverable quality.
Monitor and resolve compliance issues promptly with minimal guidance.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MBBS) with 2+ years of experience, or MD (any experience or fresher).
Clinical data science experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership (required).
Strong knowledge of clinical data, medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.
Operational mindset with ability to interpret metrics and status information to inform decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork capabilities.
Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
Project management and team coaching abilities.
Capable of working independently across multiple projects and managing priorities.
Strong client-centric approach and ability to maintain effective working relationships.
