    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Physician to join our Pharmacovigilance Medical Reviews team in Manila, Philippines. This role offers Physicians with at least 2 years of clinical experience an opportunity to transition into the growing field of pharmacovigilance. No prior experience in this field is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct primary medical reviews of cases, including medical assessments for:
      • Seriousness
      • Listedness/labeling
      • Causality
      • Adverse event coding
      • Narrative review
    • Update and document daily case data and feedback in designated trackers/tools for efficient workflow management.
    • Ensure timely and quality completion of all assigned deliverables, meeting compliance and productivity standards (SLAs and KPIs).
    • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
    • Provide training and guidance on medical aspects of case processing to the case processing team.

    Qualifications

    • Valid medical license in the Philippines.
    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a tertiary or secondary hospital setting.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Adaptable and willing to learn new processes and technologies.
    • Availability to work onsite for the first 6 months, transitioning to a hybrid setup afterward.
