Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Senior Analyst to support our Patient Services operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in healthcare support functions such as benefit verification, reimbursement, or prior authorization, and possess strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

📌 Night Shift Role (US Business Hours)
🎯 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Benefit Verification

  • Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.

  • Communicate with insurance providers to gather benefit details.

  • Accurately update benefit details in internal systems.

🔹 Reimbursement Support

  • Guide patients through reimbursement options and eligibility.

  • Submit and follow up on reimbursement claims.

🔹 Prior Authorization

  • Obtain prior authorizations for medications or treatments.

  • Coordinate between healthcare providers and insurers.

  • Maintain detailed records of all authorization activity.

🔹 Call Handling

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about benefits, reimbursement, and authorizations.

  • Promptly address and resolve patient or client inquiries.


Required Qualifications

🎓 Education:

  • Any Graduate

  • Preferred: Master’s in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Life Sciences

🧠 Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related role (e.g., patient services, benefit verification, reimbursement).

  • Understanding of insurance policies, payer processes, and reimbursement procedures.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in using healthcare information systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with US business hours).
