About the Job:

Sanofi is seeking an Analyst – Reporting Solutions to join their Business Operations team in Hyderabad. This permanent, full-time role will support the development and management of reporting solutions for project management activities, including tracking resources, budgets, and timelines. The Analyst will work closely with global and local teams to deliver accurate and timely analytics and dashboards while ensuring data consistency and quality across all reporting platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Assist in managing both adhoc and regular reporting requests.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics and dashboards in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain consistency across dashboards and reporting metrics.
  • Project Management:

    • Support project management activities, including tracking resources, budgets, and timelines.
    • Manage access for Smartsheet trackers and dashboards.
    • Proactively identify analytical requirements and offer solutions.
  • Process & Tools Development:

    • Develop SOPs for dashboards and analytics needs.
    • Provide training on analytical tools and their usage.
    • Continuously explore new features and assess tools to improve performance cost-effectively.
  • Data Quality & Consistency:

    • Ensure data consistency across all reporting platforms and identify abnormalities in data.
    • Perform quality control activities to maintain data integrity throughout the dashboard lifecycle.

About You:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with analytical tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Smartsheet.
    • Experience in developing and managing dashboards and handling large datasets.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working in a global context.
    • Excellent planning, design, project management, and documentation skills.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in using analytical tools (Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet).
    • Strong project management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, Web/Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Languages:

    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
