Job Overview

GSK is hiring an Adult Vaccines Specialist to drive vaccine adoption, healthcare partnerships, and commercial growth across Hyderabad. This is a high-impact field-based pharma sales role focused on expanding access to adult immunization and improving public health outcomes.

You will work closely with clinics, physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers, building strong relationships and enabling end-to-end vaccination services. Key Responsibilities

Territory Management & Business Development

  • Identify and onboard clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers for vaccination services

  • Expand adult vaccine access across assigned territory

  • Drive demand generation and achieve sales targets and commercial goals

Stakeholder & KOL Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with physicians, specialists, and healthcare partners

  • Influence decision-making for adult vaccination programs

  • Maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders

Vaccination Program Support

  • Support clinics with end-to-end vaccination setup

  • Guide on inventory management, ordering, and workflows

  • Enable patient outreach and awareness programs

Data-Driven Sales Strategy

  • Use CRM tools and customer insights to track performance

  • Forecast demand and optimize territory planning

  • Maintain accurate customer profiles and sales reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, medical, and training teams

  • Support delivery of educational materials and programs

  • Collaborate with pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and hospital chains


Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years in pharma sales, healthcare sales, or account management

  • Proven track record in territory management and achieving sales targets

Educational Qualification

  • Degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Medicine / Business (preferred)

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of vaccines, immunization programs, and healthcare systems

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms

  • Understanding of pharma sales strategies and market access
