Responsibilities:
Develop (write, review, proofread, and data-check) high-quality, client-ready scientific, medical, and educational materials such as slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, training slide decks, infographics, congress and meeting materials, literature reviews, standard response letters, and HCP engagement content with excellent attention to detail.
Review and supervise materials created by scientific writers, ensuring strategic alignment and scientific accuracy while providing clear and constructive feedback.
Mentor and train scientific writers by sharing best practices and client preferences to enhance team skills.
Maintain excellent knowledge of the product/account to enable meaningful interactions with clients, authors, and stakeholders, providing strategic consultancy when necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders across therapeutic areas.
Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously enhance skills and contribute to organizational objectives.
Support client meetings, pitch preparation, and contribute to the development of creative medical communication initiatives including publication extenders, infographics, interactive assets, and patient narratives.
Ensure all deliverables comply with client requirements, internal SOPs, style guides, templates, and remain updated consistently.
Perform as a document specialist, providing intellectual input across various document types and making research accessible to targeted audiences.
Stay current with developments across therapeutic areas and disciplines to inform project contributions.
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
3-5 years of experience in scientific writing.
PhD/MD (Pharmacology) OR PhD (Life Sciences) OR PharmD OR MPharm/M.Sc with a strong understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
Clear, concise scientific writing style with excellent attention to detail and language skills.
Ability to adapt writing style according to different materials and target audiences.
Basic knowledge of biostatistics.
Strong literature reviewing and evaluation capabilities.
Very good working knowledge of MS Office.
Application Process:
The selection process includes an initial screening by a recruiter, a technical interview with hiring managers, a technical assessment with an agreed timeline, and a final HR interview.
All stages will be conducted virtually via MS Teams.
