Role Overview

The Medical Information Specialist plays a key role in medical communications, drug information dissemination, and adverse event reporting. You will handle inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and industry stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

💡 This position is remote and follows U.S. working hours.


Key Responsibilities

Translate English documents into various languages and vice versa.
Respond to medical inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and patients.
Identify and report adverse events and product complaints as per regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with safety and reporting requirements.
Provide high-quality written and verbal drug information to healthcare professionals.
Assist in medical writing projects such as custom responses and documentation.
Support quality-related complaint coordination with regulatory teams.
Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications & Skills

Pharmacy degree (MPharm, PharmD) required.
Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) – additional European language skills are a plus.
Experience in medical communications, pharmacovigilance, or call centers preferred.
✔ Strong translation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and medical databases.
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.

Additional Details
