The Medical Information Specialist plays a key role in medical communications, drug information dissemination, and adverse event reporting. You will handle inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and industry stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
💡 This position is remote and follows U.S. working hours.
✅ Translate English documents into various languages and vice versa.
✅ Respond to medical inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and patients.
✅ Identify and report adverse events and product complaints as per regulatory guidelines.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety and reporting requirements.
✅ Provide high-quality written and verbal drug information to healthcare professionals.
✅ Assist in medical writing projects such as custom responses and documentation.
✅ Support quality-related complaint coordination with regulatory teams.
✅ Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned.
✔ Pharmacy degree (MPharm, PharmD) required.
✔ Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) – additional European language skills are a plus.
✔ Experience in medical communications, pharmacovigilance, or call centers preferred.
✔ Strong translation skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and medical databases.
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
