Job Overview

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Coordinator of Strategic Initiatives – Precision Medicine to support senior leadership in executing high-impact strategic initiatives and special projects. This role requires project management expertise, interim leadership capabilities, and a strong ability to collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and executives.

Projects may include:
Quality improvement efforts
Patient satisfaction initiatives
Programmatic development
Multidisciplinary program implementation

The ideal candidate will be an organized, strategic thinker with experience in healthcare operations and a commitment to service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Support senior leadership in completing strategic initiatives and special projects.
🔹 Provide project management oversight to ensure successful execution of key initiatives.
🔹 Act as an interim leader for special projects, coordinating multidisciplinary programs.
🔹 Manage financial oversight, including Capital and Operating budgets for assigned areas.
🔹 Identify and implement opportunities for service and quality improvements.
🔹 Engage in community benefit and outreach initiatives.


Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Nursing, or related field.
3+ years of healthcare industry experience.
✔ Proven ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines, including physicians and senior leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
