About the Opportunity
Access Healthcare is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for Medical Coders, specifically targeting fresh graduates without certification who want to build a career in the healthcare and revenue cycle management domain. This opportunity provides structured onboarding, skill development, and entry into one of the fastest-growing health information management fields.
Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates from the 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches.
Graduates from Life Sciences, Paramedical, and Allied Health Sciences backgrounds are preferred.
Candidates from other academic streams who have completed an Advanced Medical Coding course may also apply.
Applicants must have a strong understanding of Human Anatomy and Physiology.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be trained and deployed across core medical coding functions, including:
Coding of clinical documentation according to industry standards.
Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality of coded data.
Working with internal teams to meet performance metrics and client requirements.
