Job Overview

A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a Vaccine Associate to be based at its Mumbai Headquarters. This role focuses on market research, feasibility assessment, and business intelligence to support vaccine portfolio growth and strategic sales initiatives.

The position is ideal for professionals with exposure to pharmaceutical sales analytics, vaccine markets, or healthcare business research who are looking to contribute to data-driven commercial decision-making.


Key Purpose of the Role

The Vaccine Associate will support business development and sales leadership by conducting detailed market research and feasibility studies, enabling informed strategic decisions related to vaccine products, new markets, and potential partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to assess new vaccine-related business opportunities

  • Collect, compile, validate, and analyze:

    • Sales performance data

    • Market trends and competitor insights

    • Financial and commercial intelligence

  • Evaluate potential new markets, products, services, and business partners

  • Prepare high-quality business documents, including:

    • Analytical reports

    • Presentations and information decks

    • Briefing materials for internal reviews and external discussions

  • Support senior management with accurate and timely insights for strategic planning

  • Assist in preparations for meetings and negotiations with external partners, ensuring data accuracy and compliance


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales support, vaccine marketing, market research, or business analysis

  • Basic understanding of vaccine markets, healthcare sales dynamics, or pharmaceutical business models

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations for senior stakeholders


Preferred Skills

  • Prior exposure to vaccine portfolios or immunization programs

  • Experience supporting sales or business development teams

  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial environment
