Trainee – Medical Reviewer | Omega Healthcare | Bengaluru (0–1 Years)

Job Summary:
Omega Healthcare is hiring Trainee Medical Reviewers in Bengaluru, offering an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent life sciences graduates to begin a career in medical review, pharmacovigilance, and healthcare documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about clinical content, patient safety, and data accuracy in the healthcare domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior reviewers in evaluating and validating clinical documentation

  • Support the extraction and analysis of medical records for compliance and accuracy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data quality improvement

  • Participate in training programs and certification activities related to pharmacovigilance or clinical review

  • Ensure adherence to internal and client-specific quality standards and timelines

  • Escalate any discrepancies or data inconsistencies for resolution

  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive patient information


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, MBBS, or equivalent (preferred)

  • 0–1 year of experience in medical review, pharmacovigilance, or clinical documentation (freshers welcome)

  • Basic understanding of medical terminology, drug safety, and healthcare regulations

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, process-driven environment

  • Prior exposure to pharmacovigilance or healthcare BPO is an advantage
