Job Summary:
Omega Healthcare is hiring Trainee Medical Reviewers in Bengaluru, offering an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent life sciences graduates to begin a career in medical review, pharmacovigilance, and healthcare documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior reviewers in evaluating and validating clinical documentation
Support the extraction and analysis of medical records for compliance and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data quality improvement
Participate in training programs and certification activities related to pharmacovigilance or clinical review
Ensure adherence to internal and client-specific quality standards and timelines
Escalate any discrepancies or data inconsistencies for resolution
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive patient information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, MBBS, or equivalent (preferred)
0–1 year of experience in medical review, pharmacovigilance, or clinical documentation (freshers welcome)
Basic understanding of medical terminology, drug safety, and healthcare regulations
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in a dynamic, process-driven environment
Prior exposure to pharmacovigilance or healthcare BPO is an advantage
