    Job Type: Full Time Education: B.Sc./ M.Sc./ M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ Life Sciences Skills: Causality Assessment, Communication Skills, ICD-10 CM, CPT, HCPCS Coding, ICSR Case Processing, Interpersonal Skill, Labelling Assessment, MedDRA Coding, Narrative Writing, Research & Development, Technical Skill, Triage of ICSRs, WHO DD Coding

    Job Overview: Performs and supervises data management tasks to ensure the delivery of high-quality data aligned with client/project requirements. Maintains compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout data processing and tracking.

    Essential Functions:

    • Conducts basic data review.
    • Writes data clarifications as directed by the Data Operations Coordinator.
    • Resolves data clarifications under the guidance of the Data Operations Coordinator.
    • Performs basic quality control procedures.
    • Achieves personal project objectives assigned by the manager.
    • Escalates issues to the attention of the Data Operations Coordinator or Group Manager.
    • Understands and adheres to core operating procedures and working instructions.
    • Comprehends, provides input to, and complies with applicable sections of the Data Management Plan.
    • Familiar with basic database structures.
    • Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential.
    • Demonstrates outstanding attention to detail.
    • Capable of working independently and taking initiative to resolve problems.
    • Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
