Job Title: TM – Pharmacovigilance
Location: Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Hybrid Work Model)
Job Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts | No Travel

Job Summary:
We are hiring a TM–Pharmacovigilance professional to oversee and enhance the safety and compliance of pharmaceutical products through adverse event monitoring, regulatory intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration. This hybrid role demands proficiency in English, strong customer service skills within pharmacovigilance, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze adverse drug reactions to uphold patient safety and product efficacy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regulatory intelligence collection and interpretation

  • Provide expert input to strengthen pharmacovigilance-related customer service

  • Design and implement effective risk management strategies

  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.)

  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation

  • Conduct in-depth research to refine pharmacovigilance methodologies

  • Facilitate clear communication among internal and external regulatory stakeholders

  • Leverage advanced analytics to improve safety surveillance systems

  • Contribute to drug safety R&D optimization through regulatory insights

  • Integrate regulatory intelligence into company-wide planning and operations

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for pharmacovigilance practice

  • Stay updated with industry trends and evolving regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Pharm or M.Pharm with certifications in:

    • Certified Pharmacovigilance Professional

    • Regulatory Affairs Certification

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance and customer service

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English

  • Ability to adapt to hybrid work setup and rotational shifts

  • Knowledge in regulatory affairs and R&D is preferred

Estimated Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹12 LPA (based on experience and certification level)
