Job Summary:

The Biologic Territory Manager will drive commercial success for Sun Pharma’s biologic products, focusing on physician offices, clinics, and hospitals treating Psoriasis. The role involves executing business plans to meet sales goals and collaborating with cross-functional field teams to ensure the effective adoption of promoted products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote biologics in key dermatology and immunology accounts within the assigned territory.

  • Develop and implement a territory-specific business plan.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional field teams (Reimbursement, Managed Markets, Customer Engagement).

  • Maintain accurate CRM usage and sales call reporting.

  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to the launch success of new products.

  • Maintain expert-level understanding of product, disease state, and market dynamics.

  • Ensure ethical and compliant promotion of therapies.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Devices

  • Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and achieve results

  • Valid driver’s license


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Psoriasis or other immunologic disease states (RA, IBD, MS)

  • Biologic/advanced systemic selling experience in complex reimbursement environments

  • Dermatology sales experience

  • Product launch experience

  • Experience selling in competitive environments

Compensation:

Base salary range: $110,000 to $165,000, depending on experience.
Performance-based bonuses and benefits offered.


Supervision & Reporting:

  • Reports to: Regional Sales Manager or Senior Regional Sales Manager

  • Interacts across various internal and external levels with professionalism and tact
