Job Overview

Syneos Health is seeking experienced professionals for the role of Technical Project Manager (with Clinical Experience) as part of its future hiring pipeline in India. The role focuses on supporting project execution, coordinating technical and operational activities, and ensuring successful delivery of healthcare technology and clinical-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support projects throughout the complete execution lifecycle while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget
  • Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans
  • Coordinate with managers, technical teams, vendors, and customers during all project phases
  • Continuously monitor project progress and prepare status reports, milestone tracking, and deliverable updates
  • Identify operational challenges and support implementation of effective solutions and process improvements
  • Review and implement approved project modifications and workflow adjustments
  • Assist in resource planning, acquisition of materials, and project coordination activities
  • Establish and implement project-related training strategies and onboarding processes
  • Analyze project requirements, standards, and operational expectations
  • Participate in technical team meetings to address project risks, progress, and execution challenges
  • Ensure clear understanding of project deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines across teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Life Sciences
    • Biotechnology
    • Pharmacy
    • Healthcare
    • Information Technology
    • Engineering
    • Or related disciplines
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare systems, or technology-driven project environments
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Experience Requirements

    • Technology Implementation
  • Candidates with clinical domain knowledge and project coordination experience will be highly preferred
