Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Process Development team. In this role, you will lead process optimization trials, execute scale-up and confirmatory batches, and support pilot and exhibit batches by applying advanced engineering concepts to drive optimization and scalability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory experiments by organizing required raw materials and experimental setups.
Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) or laboratory notebook.
Submit samples for analysis and record analytical results.
Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure smooth process scale-up at CPP and plant levels.
Employ Quality by Design (QbD) principles to finalize scalable processes.
Demonstrate successful process scale-up and prepare required development reports and technical transfer documents.
Analyze data, address process-related deficiencies, and ensure timely responses to regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications

Education:

Master’s degree in Chemistry (Organic).

Experience:

3–5 years in process development.

Skills & Attributes:

Technical Skills

Proficiency in handling named reactions and performing literature searches.
Expertise in process development and scale-up methodologies.
Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and analytical data interpretation.
Ability to prepare technical protocols and reports with attention to detail.
Knowledge of ICH guidelines related to product and process development.

Behavioral Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate within teams and across functions.
Commitment to learning and mentoring team members.
