Job Summary
Sanofi is seeking a seasoned Team Lead – Registry Site Operations to drive global patient registry studies from Hyderabad. You’ll lead a dynamic team of 10–15 professionals, managing stakeholder engagement, study start-up, and operational excellence. Ideal for experienced professionals in clinical research, project management, and registry operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the registry operations team on study/project management, quality, and compliance.
Oversee stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and project timelines.
Monitor ongoing studies and ensure quality delivery to global partners.
Propose and implement automation and process improvement strategies.
Collaborate with global teams on planning, risk mitigation, and new initiatives.
Maintain audit-ready documentation, project trackers, and performance tools.
Promote best practices and facilitate operational excellence across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in global clinical trials, stakeholder engagement, and project tracking.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and risk management.
Proficient in CTMS, EDC systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Expertise in data management, registry oversight, and compliance.
Project management certification preferred.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
