Role Overview

Syngene is seeking a Study Personnel – Bioanalytical Laboratory (GLP) professional to support its GLP-compliant bioanalytical operations. The role focuses on bioanalytical method development, validation, and sample analysis across diverse biological matrices. The ideal candidate will contribute to generating high-quality, reliable data in line with global regulatory standards (OECD, USFDA, ICH) while working closely with internal teams and offshore clients.

This position provides opportunities for hands-on technical experience, exposure to advanced analytical instruments, and development of regulatory and operational expertise within a collaborative laboratory environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate, and optimize bioanalytical methods for various biological matrices.

  • Perform sample analysis with precision, ensuring adherence to GLP and SOP standards.

  • Maintain data integrity and documentation, including logbooks, raw data, and calibration records.

  • Ensure quality compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Operate and maintain analytical instruments, including HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, GC, and pH meters.

  • Follow laboratory safety protocols and EHS guidelines, promoting a safe and disciplined work environment.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and offshore clients to support project deliverables.


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: M.Sc. in Life Sciences, M.Pharm, or equivalent.

  • Experience: Proven experience in bioanalytical method development, method validation, and sample analysis in biological matrices.

  • Hands-on experience with extraction techniques, analytical instrumentation, and micropipette calibration.

  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines including OECD, USFDA, and ICH.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and ensure inspection-ready documentation.
