Job Summary

The Serialization Program Data Analyst will work as part of the Global Serialization Program team to conduct data analysis, develop systems, and manage the implementation of various projects.


Job Responsibilities

Process Improvement and Project Implementation

  • Support process improvement projects by collaborating with GSSC, Operations, IS, and related partners to ensure successful project and process implementations.
  • Identify opportunities for analysis and improvement, make recommendations, and assist in their execution.
  • Manage and own process improvement projects, ensuring seamless integration with all relevant departments and stakeholders.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Provide daily support to the Global Serialization Program team through data analysis and responding to process needs and opportunities.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze information related to operations and the supply chain, presenting summary reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate data using spreadsheets and databases, performing both quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal customers, support groups, and leadership teams to collect necessary information and provide detailed analyses.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to solve problems effectively.

Regulatory Compliance and Organizational Values

  • Perform all duties in compliance with regulatory, safety, and organizational requirements.

Job Requirements

Education and Interest

  • Background or demonstrated interest in Pharmaceuticals or Biotechnology.
  • Academic focus on Supply Chain or Operations Management.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various roles within the company (e.g., Technicians, Managers, Coordinators).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP and MS Access is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements is preferred.
