πŸ”Ž Job Overview

The Strategist, Patient Recruitment and Site Engagement will collaborate with the Manager of Patient Recruitment Strategies and Development and the Specialist of Multimedia & Recruitment to support patient recruitment strategies and site engagement across clinical trials. This position involves creating recruitment strategies, monitoring subject enrolment, and working closely with clients and site teams to optimize recruitment efforts.

πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

βœ” Recruitment Strategy Development

  • Develop project and site-level recruitment strategy plans in collaboration with the Patient Recruitment Team
  • Provide training on recruitment strategies to project teams
  • Participate in BD handovers, Kick-off Meetings, and Investigator meetings
  • Customize recruitment plans for individual sites
  • Monitor subject enrolment to ensure targets are met and propose strategy improvements

βœ” Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with Patient Recruitment Strategists to create recruitment models and enrollment trackers
  • Work with SSU and project managers to gather updated recruitment projections
  • Assist with client requests for recruitment and advertisement strategies
  • Guide sites on how to meet recruitment targets, including managing advertisement budgets
  • Ensure all project documentation is filed in eTMF and archived

βœ” Advertisement & Media

  • Create and design advertisement images and scripts, ensuring compliance with ethics committees and media guidelines
  • Coordinate global advertisement IRB submissions and approvals

πŸ“Œ Requirements

πŸŽ“ Education:

  • BA/BS in Communications or related field (3 years of relevant experience) OR a high school diploma/DEC with 5 years of relevant experience

πŸ›  Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry
  • Experience working with Patient Advocacy Groups and in Patient Recruitment Strategies is an asset
  • Experience in a research site environment is a plus

πŸ“œ Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of good clinical practice (GCP), ICH standards, and applicable regulations
  • Proficiency in English (Spanish or French a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent adaptability and attention to detail
