Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Intelligence Leader to drive the development and optimization of Site Intelligence Data Assets, Systems, Processes, and Tools. This role requires expertise in database programming, data analysis, solution development, and the ability to lead discussions across regions, including APAC and the US.

Key Responsibilities

Database Programming & Data Analysis:
- Proficient in SQL programming for data analysis and system enhancements.
- Lead the technical development and refinement of Site Intelligence Data Assets and Systems.
- Provide leadership for Site Intelligence system design, data integration, and system requirements.
Business Process Improvement:
- Apply Lean Business Process methodology to optimize workflows in Site Intelligence Management Systems.
- Develop strategies for reporting and specify Site Intelligence metrics and data visualization.
System Development & Integration:
- Assist in implementing interfaces and integration systems for data import/export between internal and external systems.
- Identify and create tools needed for effective feasibility and site selection processes.
Project Management & Reporting:
- Lead project planning and management for Site Intelligence data analytics initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reporting strategies to support site intelligence, feasibility, site selection, patient recruitment, site alliances, proposal development, and marketing.
Data Quality & Analytics:
- Analyze reports to identify data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Execute and QC data imports as needed, verifying record changes.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead discussions and forums with colleagues across the APAC and US regions.
- Work independently while leading decision-making processes and collaborating effectively with global teams.
Client-Focused Solutions:
- Understand client needs and develop solutions beyond immediate issues, taking into account the larger business context.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise:
- Significant experience with database programming (SQL), data analysis, and system development, ideally within clinical research or healthcare settings.
- Advanced knowledge of database applications and experience in database development and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
- Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
Leadership & Problem-Solving:
- Proven experience in leading technical discussions and forums.
- Strong consulting and analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems using a systematic approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions under ambiguous conditions.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual global team and navigate complex decision-making processes with diplomacy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications

University degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Clinical Research, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
