Job Overview
MilliporeSigma is seeking a Stability Analyst to join our St. Louis laboratory team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with laboratory experience and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. The Stability Analyst will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing stability studies for In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products, ensuring compliance with IVDR, ISO 13485, and internal SOPs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory operations, quality practices, or stability testing and possess excellent analytical and documentation skills.
Note: This role does not provide work authorization sponsorship. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement stability study protocols according to regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs.
Execute testing of stability samples with accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
Monitor and maintain stability chambers and associated laboratory equipment.
Accurately document and maintain data in electronic laboratory systems.
Analyze stability data to determine product shelf life, storage conditions, and trends.
Investigate deviations or unexpected results in stability studies and implement corrective actions.
Prepare comprehensive stability reports for regulatory submissions and internal use.
Ensure all stability studies comply with IVDR, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry)
OR
High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of laboratory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of quality or stability study experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Range: $24.00 – $43.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
