Your Role
As a Sr Manager in Medical Affairs, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of medical strategies and providing guidance to clinical teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership: Lead and manage medical affairs teams, driving initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
Strategy Development: Design and implement medical strategies to support Baxter’s product portfolio.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with clinical, regulatory, and business goals.
Clinical Expertise: Provide expert medical insights and input on clinical trials, research, and regulatory submissions.
Regulatory Support: Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure medical perspectives are integrated into product development and approvals.
Training and Development: Mentor and guide junior medical affairs staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
What You'll Bring

Education: Medical degree (MD) or equivalent.
Experience: Significant experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive initiatives that influence clinical outcomes.
Expertise: Deep understanding of clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and the medical landscape.
