Role Summary:

As part of the Pharma International BPA Hyderabad team, this role supports Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) activities across the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APMA) region. The Sr. Manager will provide strategic and operational financial support, manage reporting processes, lead key financial projects, and support global CoE initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

📊 Business Planning & Decision Support

  • Deliver financial analysis and insights to support decision-making for country stakeholders.

  • Assist country organizations with planning, reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

🤝 Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with country CFOs and BPAs to align local operations with strategic goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across country teams and Hyderabad CoE.

💼 Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Support month-end closing, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and early warning reporting.

  • Deliver accurate and timely P&L reports in collaboration with master data and process teams.

🔄 Standardization & Process Improvement

  • Drive adoption of standardized financial solutions developed by Hyderabad CoE.

  • Support process automation and efficiency initiatives across reporting and planning cycles.

📅 Budgeting & Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to annual budgeting (1FP) and long-term strategic plans.

  • Provide operational data and insights to support business targets.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Education:
    MBA from a premier institute OR Chartered Accountant

  • Experience:
    9+ years in Business Planning & Analysis (BPA), with strong exposure to Commercial BPA processes

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong analytical and communication skills

    • Ability to influence senior stakeholders

    • Curiosity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset

    • Proficiency in financial tools and performance reporting systems
