The Opportunity:
The Sr. GSD Project Manager is an experienced project leader responsible for managing the analysis and reporting activities for drug development projects sponsored by Teva Research and Development (R&D). This role collaborates with Statistical, Clinical Programming, and Medical Writing Leads to align program work, priorities, and ensure resource availability for GSD deliverables.
The Sr. Project Manager oversees timelines and resource management for Phase I to Phase IV clinical trials, Health Authority submissions or responses, and annual reporting. The role involves aligning with various stakeholders across the R&D organization, including Regulatory, Clinical Development, Project Leadership, and Operations. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, risk identification, and mitigation to achieve timely and high-quality deliverables.
How You’ll Spend Your Day:
Product/Program-Level Focus: Primarily work at the product/program level, ensuring efficient project execution.
Planning and Execution: Drive the timely execution of deliverables involving Clinical Statistics, Clinical Programming, and Medical Writing activities.
Cross-Functional Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals.
Project Plan Development: Develop, gain alignment, and implement project plans (including activities, deliverables, timelines, resources, and work assignments) aligned with R&D objectives.
Milestone Tracking and Risk Management: Track progress, collect metrics, and identify operational risks/issues with proactive remediation planning.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and departmental procedures, addressing any compliance gaps.
GSD Template Updates: Provide input and support for GSD study and project timeline template updates.
Mentoring and Training: Serve as an expert within the function, providing training and mentorship to junior staff.
Internal BSO Initiatives: Support and contribute to internal Business Strategy and Operations (BSO) initiatives.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant CRO/pharmaceutical experience managing projects related to Biometrics deliverables and regulatory activities.
