Major Activities

  • Perform data anonymization activities for Data42.

  • Collaborate with internal and external data anonymization analysts.

  • Make anonymization decisions/recommendations as required.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of anonymization outputs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams; provide status updates on deliverables.

  • Ensure compliance with company, department, and industry standards (e.g., CDISC).

  • Clarify additional project-level requirements with functional leadership.

  • Deliver timely and high-quality anonymization and validation of datasets and outputs.

  • Ensure audit readiness and quality control of assigned deliverables.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programming tools (e.g., SAS) and industry requirements (e.g., CDISC SDTM/ADaM, eCTD, Define.xml).

  • Understand and contribute to risk-based anonymization strategies (statistical anonymization approach).

Minimum Requirements

Education (Minimum/Desirable):

  • BA/BS/MS or international equivalent in Statistics (preferred), Computer Science, Mathematics, Life Sciences (Genetics/Bioinformatics), or related fields.

Experience:

  • 4–5 years in a programming role, with end-to-end anonymization or related experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/clinical trials industry.

  • SAS experience with proven programming skills.

  • Experience with commercial anonymization applications (preferably risk-based anonymization methodology).

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards including CDISC data structures.

  • Basic knowledge of Python; familiarity with Databricks and Palantir Foundry platforms preferred.

  • Interest in applying AI/LLMs for data anonymization and automation.

  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP, study procedures).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in a global setting.

  • Proven project management skills in complex global matrix structures.

  • Collaborative and agile mindset with attention to detail.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (oral and written).
