Senior Clinical Development Services (CDS) Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Project Management: Acts as the primary liaison between the company and the customer to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements, SOPs, GCPs, and ICH guidelines.
Team Leadership: Oversees the CDS project team, facilitates communication, and monitors project resources to ensure requirements are met.
Multi-Project Management: Manages multiple projects ranging from single service to full-scope CDS projects, ensuring operational and financial management from start-up to final deliverables.
Contract and Financial Management: Manages project contracts and finances, ensuring tasks and backlogs are reviewed monthly, and out-of-scope items are communicated timely.
Customer Communication: Maintains effective communication with the customer and project team through oral and written correspondence, status reports, and progress reviews.
Internal Reviews: Prepares information for internal review meetings and manages action resolution for project delivery.
Progress Monitoring: Maintains and evaluates project progress through timelines, tracking tools, and status reports.
Business Development: Assists in acquiring new/repeat business by working with Business Development and Proposal/Contracts teams.
Qualifications:
Education: BA/BS in life sciences, communications, nursing, or equivalent.
Experience: 7-8 years of project management experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology companies.
Clinical Research Expertise: Experience managing clinical research projects across CDS functional areas with a strong understanding of financials, including budgets and revenue recognition.
Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in ICH/GCP guidelines and thorough knowledge of major HA regulations (e.g., FDA, EMEA, PMDA).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, email, and internet.
Communication Skills: Strong presentation, documentation, and leadership abilities with a team-oriented approach.
Flexibility: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
Travel Requirement: Up to 25%.
