Amgen is seeking a dynamic Sr. Associate Digital Product Support (Source-to-Contract) professional to join its Hyderabad office. This role is pivotal in driving the digital procurement transformation strategy by supporting system implementations, integrations, and user experience improvements. The position requires expertise in procurement systems like SAP Ariba, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in system design and configurations tailored to pharmaceutical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution and enablement of the Digital Procurement strategy.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
Implement system configurations, design changes, and integrations.
Conduct scheduled system maintenance and manage periodic upgrades.
Drive improvements in user experience through new tools and applications.
Maintain clear documentation and support for procurement platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver seamless system solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 5-8 years in digital transformation or product support roles.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud.
Strong system design, configuration, and integration capabilities.
Excellent documentation and translation of business to technical requirements.
Analytical mindset for system enhancement and process improvement.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience in Agile environments.
Track record of successful digital strategy implementations.
