Site Care Partner – Clinical Operations (Mumbai, India) | Pfizer

Job Summary:
Pfizer is hiring a Site Care Partner in Mumbai to oversee clinical site operations across the full study lifecycle—from startup to closeout. This hybrid role is ideal for experienced professionals (8–12 years) in clinical site management, study activation, and quality assurance. You will act as the key liaison between Pfizer and investigator sites, ensuring compliance, recruitment efficiency, and protocol execution to the highest GCP standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site start-up and activation processes across assigned clinical studies

  • Contribute to country/site selection and feasibility assessments

  • Maintain strong site relationships and serve as the main point of contact for study-related activities

  • Support study initiation, informed consent finalization, training, and documentation

  • Ensure site readiness for first patient visits and collaborate with CRAs

  • Coordinate with local Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams

  • Monitor site quality using tools like SQRD and IRMS, and implement risk mitigation plans

  • Partner with site monitors for site-level recruitment planning and execution

  • Support IP/ancillary supply logistics throughout the study lifecycle

  • Provide local regulatory intelligence and operational guidance

  • Manage escalation issues such as vendor, contract, or payment delays

  • Review site reports, support monitoring, and ensure GCP compliance


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, MBBS/MD or related field

  • 8–12 years of experience in clinical research, site monitoring, or site management

  • Experience from study startup through closeout, including site activation and recruitment

  • Deep knowledge of GCP/ICH and local regulatory frameworks

  • Familiarity with systems like PSR, Planisware, ISF/eISF, SART, ESRA

  • Strong verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in English; local language skills preferred

  • Strong computer and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage national and international travel as needed
