Overview

Syneos Health®, a leading fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization, is hiring a Senior Site Contracts Specialist to manage site identification and contracting activities for clinical trials. This role combines operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth and efficient site start-up processes.

Ideal candidates are experienced in site contracts, clinical research operations, and performance management, with strong negotiation and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute site identification and contracting processes in compliance with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.

  • Complete and negotiate site confidentiality agreements (CDAs) and site information forms (SIFs) with investigative sites.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sites, providing guidance and support throughout site start-up activities.

  • Maintain, review, and report on site performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing corrective measures.

  • Track completion of site identification tasks; ensure all documentation is properly collected and filed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of site start-up initiatives.

  • Contribute to process improvement, policy implementation, and program delivery.

  • Provide mentorship or oversight to junior team members, as required.

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, SOPs, and project requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Practical knowledge of clinical research site operations, typically obtained through education and professional experience.

  • Strong understanding of regulations, SOPs, and project requirements for site identification.

  • Experience managing site contracts, including CDAs and SIFs.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or collaboratively.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for site management.

  • Clinical research or site management certifications preferred.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $56,400 – $95,900 (depending on experience and qualifications)
