About the Team
You will be part of the Global Scientific Communications Content Hub, a dynamic and collaborative team based at our Bengaluru R&D Hub. The team supports multiple global medical units including Oncology, Neurology & Immunology, Fertility, Cardio-metabolic, and Global Health, delivering medical communications, education, and information content.
Role Overview
We seek experienced scientific writing professionals passionate about advancing their careers and contributing to global medical communications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality medical content independently and collaboratively for various audiences and formats, including publications and congress materials.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Actively participate in initiatives to improve processes within the Global Scientific Communications Content Hub.
Stay updated with trends and innovations in scientific communications.
Analyze complex scientific data to inform clear and accurate medical writing.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements
3+ years (Senior Writer) or 5+ years (Expert Writer) professional experience in medical communications, medical affairs, or clinical research in international Pharma, Biotech, or agency settings.
Advanced university degree in science, medicine, or related field.
Therapeutic expertise in one or more key areas: Oncology, Neurology & Immunology, Fertility, Cardio-metabolic, or Endocrinology.
Proven track record of successful scientific writing, capable of managing concurrent projects and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a diverse range of medical content.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex scientific datasets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Awareness of emerging trends in scientific communications.
