Senior Quality Specialist, Technical Service – Bangkok, Thailand

Job Summary

Vantive is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Specialist, Technical Service to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across its technical service operations in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and South Korea. This role requires hands-on involvement in quality processes, audits, risk assessments, and service center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within the medical device or healthcare technology sectors and the ability to manage cross-border quality assurance responsibilities across the APAC region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Technical Service Operations in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Korea comply with regulatory requirements, corporate quality manuals, and GS standards.

  • Provide quality support for field service and service center operations in South Korea and MTV regions.

  • Serve as Local Process Owner for Quality Systems, including documentation, training, internal/external audits, CAPA, non-conformities, PMS activities (complaints, vigilance, field actions), supplier qualifications, and risk assessments.

  • Oversee operational compliance processes such as device release, labeling, storage, calibration, decontamination, validation, repairs, preventive maintenance, and spare parts management for MTV and South Korea.

  • Monitor and trend Quality KPIs, utilizing Technical Service systems for action planning.

  • Act as Local Quality Management Representative (QMR) for Technical Service in South Korea and MTV.

  • Support and lead local or regional Service QA and Operational projects or initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in quality management within a medical device or technical service organization.

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Systems, Quality Assurance in operations, and technical service processes.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks across international regions.

  • Capability to understand and troubleshoot technical systems.

  • Energetic, self-driven, and independent working style.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
