Role Overview
Lambda is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of global clinical research projects. This opportunity is open to freshers with strong academic backgrounds who are eager to develop expertise in clinical project management within a leading CRO environment. Candidates will be provided structured training, mentorship, and exposure to global standards and cross-functional workflows.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support:
Development of project contracts, timelines, and budget frameworks.
Identification and evaluation of potential study sites.
Coordination with vendors for software development, testing, and validation.
Preparation and organization of protocol-related and regulatory documents.
Submission of documents to regulatory authorities and tracking approval timelines.
Optimal allocation and utilization of project and site resources.
Planning and coordination of training for study teams and investigator site staff.
Ensuring project delivery is qualitative, cost-effective, and within established timelines.
Freshers will receive training in all tasks and will work under the guidance of senior leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
MSc, M.Pharm, B.Pharm, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, or any equivalent medical or life-science domain.
At least 15 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals industry with minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical research, preferably as Project Manager in startup - Clinical Trials division.
Strong interest in clinical research, project coordination, and regulatory processes.
Ability to learn quickly, manage timelines, and support cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
